1. Is a wood ring an appropriate choice for a wedding band?
Yes.
Wood rings are often used as an original alternative to the traditional wedding ring. White gold is the standard for a wood-ring wedding band. ( see models 22 to 33) We also recommend models 07 to 33 for increased durability

2. Is there a warranty?
Yes.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with our product, return it within fifteen days for an exchange or for a credit on a future purchase.

3. What happens if I order the wrong size?
Our rings are made to the exact size provided by yourself to us. Any error in sizing necessitates the crafting of a new ring. Wrongly sized rings may be returned, along with 50% of the initial expense, in order to cover the additional costs of creating a new ring. Once completed, the new ring will be shipped to you.

4. Is Rush Shipping available?
Yes.
RUSH/EXPRESS Shipping is available through our e-mail service upon request. Your ring will be shipped within 10 business days after your RUSH/ EXPRESS confirmation. RUSH and EXPRESS shipping fee is US $40 .

5. Can they be re-polished?
Yes.
Over time, the ring may have some scuff marks and the finish may alter or turn slightly brownish. A re-finishing process can be used to restore the ring's natural brilliance.

6. What are the cleaning instructions for a wood ring ?
You can clean your wood rings with a little water and vegetable oil on a dampened cotton cloth. Then, buff dry with a jewellery cloth.

7. How long does a wood-ring last?
With proper care, a wood ring will last for years and years. Avoid exposing the ring to strong hard chemicals.

8. Can you use another type of metal other than silver and white gold?
White gold may be substituted by yellow gold if requested, but otherwise, all wood rings are crafted with silver and white gold.

9. Can another type of wood be used other than Satine Rubane and Ebony?
No.
Wood-rings are crafted with Satine Rubane and Ebony only. They are the only types of wood that have passed our tests for durability and shine under the toughest conditions.

10. Can I ship my order to an international location (outside North America)?
Yes.
All orders destined outside North America, please add US $40. Allow an additional 4-5 days for delivery.
